Order ID Instructions
- You can find your Order ID in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
- If you created an account, you can also find your Order ID under My Account → Orders.
- The Order ID usually looks like #12345. Enter only the numbers—do not include #, spaces, dots, alphabets, or dashes.
- Double-check for typos before submitting.

If you can’t find it, please contact our support team at

Billing Email Instructions
- Enter the valid email address you used while placing the order.
- Make sure to type it exactly as registered, including dots, dashes, and the correct domain (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com).
- Check carefully for typos or extra spaces.
- This field is case-sensitive, so type it in the same lowercase/uppercase format as used at checkout.
