Overall love the leather jacket, rated it a 4 because this jacket does not have 2 pockets on the front for your hands it has one fairly small pocket. One other item the sizes runs small.
I love the jacket, love the colors and it definitely fits and keeps me warm in the cold Michigan winter. The issue I have is the white leather sleeves scratche easily and the scratches show, and when you try to clean it, it gets worse, and the paint on the sleeves wears off. I found a paint that I use to cover the scratches up, so you don't see them, but I am disappointed that the leather scratches as easily as it does and requires paint to cover them up. To be clear, I have not called the company to complain, so they do not know about my concern.
I bought this for my husband. I was surprised and amazed by the quality! Sizing I wish I would have ordered up a size. The customer service and response time was great. I emailed questions about delivery and was responded to with answers the next day. I highly recommend!
The color of the jacket is not orange. It’s red so it doesn’t match my bike too much of a pain to send it back.
This is not what I ordered. I filled out the complaint form you sent. I want to return the jacket with a full refund. My son was so dissapointed in the quality of what you call leather. Not happy with your product at all.

Jacket came professionally wrapped in a professional company plastic bag. The key chain holder was an addition. The jacket is made with top quality fabric and leather. Delivery was not bad considering the craftsmanship.
Jacket sizing is very deceiving.

The communication was amazing & the customizing was great. I was looking for that new leather smell though & didn’t get it. The left arm came out stiffer than I would have liked but all in all it’s a really nice jacket & Im thankful for the hard work put in by the Maker Of Jacket to deliver this one of one piece.
