Custom Orders

Return and Alteration

We are committed to get you your perfect jacket in the first go. We share the actual pictures of your custom order before dispatching it to minimize the return rate. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the first alteration free of cost.

How we strive to achieve Win-Win Situation?

Custom (read: bespoke) jackets can be tricky and also keep us on our toes to achieve a win-win situation. The need of return can occur due to the following reasons.

Cancellation Charges for Customize Orders

Please note that customized order are subject to a 35% cancellation fee, as they are specifically tailored to meet your individual preferences and requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

All our regular orders are usually shipped within 7 business days. However, it can take up to 15 business days for your item to be shipped.

We strive to minimize fulfillment time for our custom orders as well and usually dispatch within 5-6 weeks. However, due to different nature of all custom orders, we do not have a pre-specified fulfillment date. Customers, while discussing their custom orders can ask for a delivery date from the Customer Support Agent. For orders with deadline, we encourage customers to communicate their desired delivery date to the Customer Services agent before placing the order.

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries. In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.v

All the orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses. Moreover, signature is required for the delivery of the items.

Once we ship the order and provide tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by courier company due to any reason, or courier company attempts to deliver order when the customer is not at home, it is customer’s responsibility to contact courier company. We recommend you the follow up with courier once you are provided the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, courier company might destroy the parcel and we will not be responsible in that case.

In case of purchase of multiple items, or multiple transactions from the same customers. We usually ship items in one parcel, however, depending on what you ordered, your order may be shipped in more than one parcel.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Order Acceptance & Payment

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed due to various reasons. The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Variations in Color of Actual Product

Please note that the color of the actual product may be slightly different due to different screen resolutions and the pictures shown on the website are captured using professional cameras with different lighting and graphic effects. Therefore, there will be a slight difference in the color of the actual product.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be done within 24 Hours of order placement, the customer should contact support for requesting order cancellation, restocking fees, and merchant processing fees will be applied After processing starts cancellation charges of $45 will be charged.

Design

The design will be crafted by the skilled craftsmen at Maker of Jacket. While we strive to match the design as closely as possible, the final product will be 98% identical to the reference, with 2% difference due to the handcrafted process and to ensure compliance with copyright regulations.

Please note that Jackets are meticulously handcrafted by our skilled craftsmen, maybe resulting in variations in stitching, cutting, color, texture, and overall appearance. Due to the handcrafted nature of our production process, slight differences may occur. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based solely on these variations.
Pricing

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD. However, if your card currency is other than USD, you can place your order. Our system will accept the order by deducting the equivalent amount of the respective currency.

Users & Accounts

All the registered users are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of their respective accounts. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Care Instructions:

To maintain the quality and appearance of the jacket, we recommend following these care instructions. Do not use any detergents, bleach, or other chemical cleaners on the jacket. Avoid washing the jacket by hand or in a washing machine, as this may cause damage. Instead, The jacket should only be dry cleaned by a professional cleaner who is experienced in handling delicate garments.

Please note that failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to the jacket, and we cannot be held responsible for any such damage and the order will not be eligible for return or refund. We strongly advise our customers to take proper care of their jackets to ensure their longevity and appearance.

Morover, Jackets damaged due to incidents such as sliding, falling on the ground, mishandling or any other circumstance that leads to the jacket becoming stained or damaged are not eligible for return or refund. We cannot be held responsible for any such damage, and the order will not be eligible for return or refund.

Moreover, accessories on the jacket, such as zippers, buttons, studs, stitching, and any other decorative elements, are not covered under our guarantee. It is essential to handle the jacket and its accessories with care during washing, as well as when wearing it. Any damage or loss resulting from mishandling or improper care of these accessories will not be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.

Shipping and Quality Control Disclaimer: Our QC department meticulously inspects each product before shipment, and photos are taken as proof of its perfect condition. Once dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for external factors, such as adverse weather conditions, that may impact the product during transit. Please note that orders affected by such circumstances will not be eligible for return or refund.

Moreover, our jackets are shipped only after thorough inspections by our QC department, and we maintain records of this process. Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) department will inspect the jacket conditions. If the jacket passes the QC inspection and meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. However, if any damage, stains, or other issues are found on the jacket that were not present at the time of shipment, appropriate charges may be deducted from the refund amount. We reserve the right to determine the extent of any damages and the corresponding charges.

Return Restocking and Merchant Fees:

Upon returning a product, a restocking fee and merchant fees may be applied. Restocking fees are intended to cover the costs associated with processing returned items, including inspection, repackaging, and restocking. The restocking fee amount may vary depending on the nature of the returned item and will be clearly communicated at the time of the return request.
