We want to ensure a satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 15 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days of delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products have some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product has tampered

Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

  • It is very important that you cross-check your measurements carefully before placing an order.
  • Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size.
  • We are not responsible for returns due to the sizing-related issues because size selection is done by the customer.
  • No product will be entertained for Return, Refund, or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product.
  • Right before sending your jacket, our responsible product inspector will review your jacket; color, sizing, stitching, quality of leather, and the pattern of the item. Still, if you feel any queries so please email us at our provided email address and highlight the issues that you are facing with the jacket.
  • The returned things MUST be unused, in unique condition/bundling they were gotten in, and with all the labels and names joined.

Please note that in the case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us and also fill Return Request form.
