I, confirm the following:

Acceptance of Resolution:

I accept the resolution provided by Maker of Jacket to issue a full refund without requiring the return of the jacket.

Agreement to Terms:

I agree to the terms outlined by Maker of Jacket, which include:

• I will keep the jacket or donate it to a needy person.
• I will remove any negative reviews posted regarding this order.
• I will withdraw any complaints if filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or any other platform regarding this order.
• I promise to refrain from posting new negative reviews or filing new complaints on any platform in the future related to this order.

Use of Agreement:

I also acknowledge that if negative reviews or complaints to BBB or other agencies are found after this agreement regarding this order, Maker of Jacket reserves the right to utilize this signed agreement as evidence of our agreement, and may take legal action for breach of this agreement.

Note:
Upon submission of this form, Maker of Jacket will proceed with issuing the full refund. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
